Quart-turn Pneumatic actuator R&P AISI 316
Designed to automate butterfly and globe valve, this product has different character:
- Available in different sizes;
- Realized from solid piece to avoid porosity problems due to cast or fused components;
- Available in Double Acting and Spring Return;
- Supply Pressure from 2 to 10 bar;
- Compact Design, no difference in dimensions between Double and Single Effect;
- Double regulation +/- 5 degrees in open and in close position, located outside of pressurized chamber of the actuator;
- Cam for double adjustment machined in the driveshaft (one single piece) to ensure precision during the regulation and to avoid play between shaft and cam that improve the product life.
- Temperature: from – 30 to + 100 °C
