Heavy Duty Scotch Yoke pneumo-hydraulic actuator, symmetrical and inclined, with motion from 0 to 90°.

  • Power supply: air or natural gas or filtered hydraulic oil;
  • Double and stop adjustments, open and closed position: 0 ± 5° 90 ± 5°.
  • Torque Output: 1875 to 32728 Nm (at 100 bar), 17178 to 64932 in/lbs (at 80 psi)
  • Temperature: standard -30 to +100°C (-22 to + 212°F), high -20 to +150°C (-4 to +302°F), low -55 to +80°C (-67 to +176°F)
  • Welded steel, epoxy powder coated, yellow (RAL 1021) or according to customer needs
  • Interface: ISO 5211 / DIN3337 and NAMUR valves, VDI / VDE3845 and NAMUR top mounted accessories.

Body

  • Made of welded carbon steel.
  • Bidirectional double-stop adjustments with integrated adjustment, which allow adjustment from 85° to 95°. Modulated and subjected to a pressurized area for safe operation.
  • Actuator made of welded steel, equipped with two self-lubricating bronze bearings to improve alignment.
  • Steel pin, equipped with bearings with two guide bushes, to ensure symmetrical motion. Two chromed steel bars guide the actuator during the travel across the steel carriage.

Pneumatic cylinder

  • The cylinder can be completely welded or connected with tie rods based on the required pressure.
  • Maximum pressure 210 bar.
  • Minimum pressure 4 bar.
  • Suitable for natural gas supply.

Hydraulic Cylinder

  • Made of carbon steel.
  • Fully welded for better pressure resistance.
  • Maximum pressure 210 bar.
  • Equipped with a manual hydraulic pump for the manual operation of the actuator, mounted directly on the actuator.
  • Manual pump connected to the hydraulic cylinder by means of stainless steel pipes and fittings.

Surface treatments

  • Actuator and carriage are phosphate-plated;
  • The entire external surface of the actuator is sandblasted and coated with epoxy powder, RAL3020 as per standard, another color on request.
