Heavy Duty Scotch Yoke hydraulic actuator, symmetrical and inclined, with motion from 0 to 90°.

  • Power supply: filtered hydraulic oil.
  • Double and stop adjustments, open and closed position: 0 ± 5° 90 ± 5°.
  • Torque Output (DA): 1875 to 300000 Nm (at 100 bar), 15302 to 2655224 in/lbs (at 1500 psi)
  • Torque Output (SR): 360 to 107520 Nm (at 100 bar), 15302 to 951632 in/lbs (at 1500 psi)
  • Temperature: standard -30 to +100°C (-22 to + 212°F), high -20 to +150°C (-4 to +302°F), low -55 to +80°C (-67 to +176°F)
  • Welded steel, epoxy powder coated, red (RAL 3020) or according to customer requirements.
  • Interface: ISO 5211 / DIN3337 and NAMUR valves, VDI / VDE3845 and NAMUR top mounted accessories

Body

  • Made of welded carbon steel.
  • Bidirectional double-stop adjustments with integrated adjustment, which allow adjustment from 85° to 95°. Modulated and subjected to a pressurized area for safe operation.
  • Actuator made of welded steel, equipped with two self-lubricating bronze bearings to improve alignment.
  • Steel pin, equipped with bearings with two guide bushes to ensure symmetrical motion. Two chromed steel bars guide the actuator during travel across the steel carriage.

Hydraulic cylinder

  • Made of carbon steel.
  • Fully welded for better pressure resistance.
  • Maximum pressure 210 bar.
  • Double Acting (DA) available in single or double cylinder.

Spring cylinder

  • The spring is located inside the steel cylinder.
  • The spring is sized with respect to the oil supply pressure.
  • The spring cylinder is welded to the flange fixed to the central body.
  • The design allows the cylinder to be completely removed with the compressed spring safely inside.

Surface treatments

  • Actuator and carriage are phosphate-plated;
  • The entire external surface of the actuator is sandblasted and coated with epoxy powder, RAL3020 as per standard, another color on request.
